Let Your Light Shine

Watching a physical wound heal is very different from watching a mental or emotional wound heal and yet when we do move on and heal such wounds, it is invariably those around us who notice the change before we do and comment, 'you look great', and 'what did you do?'

To keep on improving our life we use various forms of energy healing, light, high quality food, positive social content such as non-violent TV, movies, music, positive affirmations and lifestyle changes but can still feel like we are stuck in an old rut. Nobody has taught us how to constructively deal with that topic we all avoid and don't want to be true - negative energy, negative thought forms and things, because dealing with them means we may also need to acknowledge past life events, karma and the dark side - which is always after our light.

More importantly, we haven't been taught to value our light because then we'd have to value our spirituality and the face the same torment other minority groups face when they stand up for free will, democracy and the love that surpasses all understanding. We get 'the wake-up call' but don't know how to answer it. I remember feeling stuck for a few years and then was fortunate enough to move to a big city when the huge influx of new age everything was at full swing, and truly felt I'd found 'my people'. I also had to learn that no matter who 'your people' are, you still need to carve the path that respects your worth and represents your own unique individual nature. There is so much planetary confusion going on and misinformation and crisis upon crisis and instant sharing of information, it's hard to imagine how one navigates these waters at all and yet people are waking up and creating new widespread levels of heart-connectedness and awareness, heart/mind harmony and great new avenues for the spiritually minded to follow.

I am grateful and full of hope.
